Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships. Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives. Provide sales forecasts and reports to management. Ensure that the team maintains high levels of customer satisfaction. Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar leadership position. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to implement structured sales methodologies. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in the cultery sector is preferred. Fluent in German, with strong English language skills.
