Site supervisor Jobs in Rellingen

Due to the continued growth of our European teams we are now looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor in Hamburg to manage all site elements of the assigned project for King & Moffatt while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.

This role reports to the Project / Contracts Manager and will involve liaising daily with suppliers Site Supervisors Project Managers EHSQ Advisors and Subcontractors.

What you would do :

• Oversee the installation commissioning and maintenance of mechanical building services.
• Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Liaise with main contractors and the clientbased site team.
• Ensure onsite delivery and compliance of EHSQ RAMS PPE etc.
• Onsite coordination of plant hire tools and labour.
• Oversee and manage labour and subcontractors.
• Manage relevant external correspondence.
• Order all daytoday site materials.
• Update appropriate information to progress report.
• Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
• Manage projectspecific scheduling.
• Communicate changes to the Project team.
• Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.
