Job Overview

As a Requirements Engineer, you will focus on gathering and managing service and system requirements within aviation projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define business needs, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data to document system and service requirements for aviation projects
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements, aligning them with project goals
  • Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are testable and verifiable
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support decision-making and achieve strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend new tools or methodologies to improve requirements management processes

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience as a business analyst focused on requirements management within the aviation sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in managing service and system requirements
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level), with excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Trello
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, JIRA) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
