Your mission

• Lead our internal software development
• Manage a team of 10 employees
• Optimise and further develop internal applications
• Conduct HR requirements analyses for your team
• Plan training and certification measures and support individual career planning for your team members
• Cooperate closely with our internal IT department and report directly to the CIO
• Carry out future-oriented planning and structuring of the software infrastructure in collaboration with the CIO
