StellenbeschreibungBachelors degree in communications-related field (PR, journalism, marketing, etc) is preferred Minimum of 3 years professional experience with relevant experience in communications, ideally with an interest in technology and innovation Excellent organization, project management and communication skills Exceptional copywriting skills, with ability to tell a powerful story taking complex concepts and transforming them into easily digestible, engaging communications Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (incl. For our customer Siemens Energy we are looking for a new team member!
Your Tasks
- The Communication Specialist supports the Transformation & Change Management department within the Center of Excellence function of the Procurement organization
- Promote awareness, communication and engagement in the Procurement community (? 3.500 people) by developing and implementing effective communication formats
- Create engaging written and visual messaging to motivate and inspire employees
- Support communication efforts for global transformational change initiatives (e. g. digitalization projects) across the Procurement organization to accelerate successful adoption of change for all stakeholders
- Develop and execute effective communication and user forums (e.g. newsletters, videos, presentations etc.) to increase adoption and best practices
- Work closely with other Procurement departments, subject matter experts and project teams to ensure alignment
- Measure and analyze performance analytics to continuously improve communications efforts
