4.Coordinate with Real State agents as part of relocation process , to search apartments for new joiners

5.To purchase small items necessaries for the Project

6.Petty cash

7.Prepare and send monthly reports to HR team 8.To coordinate with Site Manager the Home leaves and vacations of the staff

assigned

8.Assure the cleaning services into TCF offices

9.Support transport issue related with site.

10.Coordinate with the different agents permissions and gate passes in case can be necessaries to enter into site or access to certain

areas

11.In case of some worker in family status, support them with useful information and advise about the place or issues related(School

registration, government formalities…)

Requisitos

• Knowledge of Hanseatic area administrative requirements
• An Economic or Legal background is preferred
• Fluency in English and German; spanish language is a plus,
• Previous work experience gained in an administrative role
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Driver's license
