Job Description
What you will do :
- Support the strategic development of the refrigeration sector in HORECA EMEA as a core
- Develop and optimize the product portfolio in HORECA refrigeration in terms of sales, costs, contribution margin and other financial KPIs
- Support strategic manufacturer partnerships
- Develop and lead a small team of junior product managers
- Strongly interact with commercial functions and internal stakeholders such as sales, key account management, pricing, procurement, logistics and e-commerce
- Directly report to the Group Director Refrigeration
- Enable key account activities and e-commerce offers
- Create and provide training for internal stakeholders such as sales, key accounting and customer experience
