As an eCommerce Manager (m / w / d), you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth across DE, AT, CH, and PL, with a strong focus on D2C eCommerce and Retail synergies. This hands-on role owns the commercial strategy, sales budgeting, and execution, ensuring revenue targets are met through data-driven decisionmaking and close collaboration with digital marketing, retail, and cross-functional teams. You'll identify opportunities and risks, develop business cases, and lead strategic projects to optimize sales. With a h igh commercial drive, you'll challenge and influence stakeholders to maximize performance and business growth.

eCommerce Manager DE; AT; CH; PL (m / w / d) Kirchheim unter Teck
Key responsibilities 1. eCommerce Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy
- Own and drive the eCommerce revenue growth across DE, AT, CH, and PL markets, with a strong focus on the DE market as the second-largest revenue contributor.
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy that aligns with both own eCommerce and Retail channels (D2C), ensuring overall company growth.
- Define, plan, and execute sales budgets, ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining profitability.
- Work closely with Retail and eCommerce stakeholders to create a holistic commercial plan that leverages synergies across channels.
