Your mission during this flight :

As the Engineering Manager for the Power Distribution System Team, you will play a vital role in steering the team towards excellence in power distribution solutions.

Technical Leadership : Leverage your extensive technical expertise in power distribution systems to guide the team in developing cutting-edge solutions. Navigate through complex challenges, ensuring technical excellence in every project.

Timely Deliveries : Oversee on-time, cost-effective, and quality deliveries of power distribution projects, ensuring solutions consistently meet and exceed expectations.

Resource Mastery : Skillfully manage team resources, including both human assets and budget allocation, optimizing performance and project success.

Inspiring Leadership : Provide comprehensive leadership that spans both technical and disciplinary domains. Mentor team members, fostering their growth, and ensuring peak performance.

Continuous Guidance : Offer daily guidance, constructive feedback, and tailored coaching to team members, nurturing their professional evolution.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering.

Extensive, in-depth experience in power distribution system development, showcasing a commanding grasp of intricacies in the field.

Aerospace Experience : Proven expertise in aerospace applications, aligning power distribution systems with industry standards.

Remarkable Leadership : Demonstrated track record of 5 or more years leading engineering teams to success, shaping both projects and professionals.

Technical Prowess : Comprehensive knowledge of cutting-edge power distribution technologies, methodologies, and design principles.

Problem-Solving : Profound capability to unravel intricate technical puzzles and devise innovative solutions.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to strategically plan and manage resources to ensure efficient project execution.
