  • You develop and design the sales strategy together with the managing director and implement it
  • You lead our small sales team professionally and disciplinarily
  • You have full responsibility for sales and results
  • Together with the sales team, you ensure a high level of customer orientation
  • You will be responsible for the support and further development of existing customers and sales partners as well as the establishment of new relationships (national & international) and the development of additional sales regions
  • You will further develop our product range taking into account customer requirements and market observations
  • You carry out market and competitive analyses
  • You report directly to the management and always act as a close strategic partner
  • What do you bring with you?... Your profile :

  • You have several years of solid professional experience with management responsibility, preferably in technical sales
  • You have completed technical or commercial training
  • If you have industry-specific knowledge (printing industry, medical devices) this would be an advantage, but not a must
  • You are a results-oriented sales personality and have leadership skills and team spirit
  • You are used to strategic, analytical thinking and action and have a strong understanding of key figures
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
