Summary
We are looking for a “Manager Global Mobility (f / m / d)” for the HR Center of Competence Mobility at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.
The HR Center of Competence Mobility Management department is responsible for ensuring compliance requirements and process definition, operational support and implementation as well as the strategic development of the entire spectrum of business mobility within HENSOLDT.
Your Tasks
Competent and professional advice to managers and employees on all individual labor, tax, immigration and social security law issues in the area of international mobility at HENSOLDT AG
Conception of assignments, from the preparation and implementation of the foreign assignment, to the drafting of contracts and the reintegration of returning employees of worldwide employee assignments, in compliance with internal regulations and legal requirements in cooperation with the stakeholders, including budget and invoice control
Conception and active coordination, as well as independent processing of employee assignments on tax sites
Ensuring efficient administration in the context of the tax parent company principle within the HENSOLDT Group
Further development and support of the future strategic orientation of the Global Mobility division
Ensuring, complying with and optimizing international corporate and secondment guidelines
Contact person for internal specialist departments (e.g. tax and legal department, Pay & Time) and external partners (auditing firms and tax consultancies) regarding ongoing personnel assignments abroad in an international environment
Your Profile
Completed studies with a focus on HR management, labor law, tax law or a similar qualification
Several years of professional experience in the areas of international HR work or international assignments (global mobility)
Sound knowledge of labor, social security and tax law
Structured, independent, solution- and goal-oriented way of working
High level of communication skills, flexibility, negotiation skills and assertiveness
Intercultural competence
