As Export Control Manager (f / m / div. you ensure compliance with export control regulations based on the entitys risk profile implement and monitor the requirements of the global standards and procedures
- You identify required changes to business models in order to ensure the continuation of business within the legal framework related to export control tariffs and permanent establishment law
- Consequently you align required changes and globally defined processes with internal stakeholders corporate functions legal advisors and coordinate and ensure the implementation of them
- As an expert with a broad view you define mitigation strategies within a legal framework to overcome strategic risks in close cooperation with business responsibles and drive initiatives to ensure the sustainability of your actions
- You supervise the implementation of export control procedures regionally / locally including the determination of export control classification and application for our products based on EU and US law diligence checks related to business partners being blacklisted the issuing of instructions and training of employees in marketfacing functions (customers and sourcing)
- You support contract management and legal validation for sales and purchasing in close collaboration with internal legal advisors and engage in reporting to local authorities and coordinators in case of local external and internal audits
