The Role

As an experienced Strategic Account Executive , you will be responsible for driving new business growth within enterprise and mid-market accounts across Germany. This is a rare opportunity to join a category-defining company, selling a market-leading SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, Heads of R&D, and innovation leaders in biotech organisations.
  • Guide prospects through complex sales cycles, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and how the platform can drive measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless implementation and long-term client success.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s continued expansion and market dominance.
  • What Does Success Look Like? Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and you successfully close high-value enterprise deals, contributing to the company’s continued revenue growth. You collaborate with a high-performing team, sharing insights and best practices to elevate the entire sales function.
