Strategic Key Account Manager - Molecular Diagnostics

Are you ready to take the next step in your career within the molecular diagnostics industry? Our client, a leader in cutting-edge diagnostic solutions used across hospitals, laboratories, and clinics, is seeking a Strategic Key Account Manager to strengthen their footprint in Germany's evolving healthcare sector.

In this pivotal role, you'll cultivate high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver long-term value and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare systems, leveraging these networks to drive business expansion.
  • Deliver comprehensive diagnostic solutions to large enterprise accounts, focusing on customer retention, market growth, and long-term success.
  • Confidently negotiate contracts at the executive and C-suite level.
  • Ideally bring experience from the diagnostics sector, particularly in expanding access to private hospitals and laboratories.
  • Engage effectively with senior leaders across healthcare, informatics, technology, and consulting sectors.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in the molecular diagnostics market within Germany.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology or a related scientific field.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-level sales processes within the healthcare industry.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany.
  • This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and skilled negotiator who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. If you've been excelling in an Account Manager or similar role and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.
