Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Controlling
  • Stellvertretung des Kfm. Leiters
  • Ansprechpartner für die Betriebsstätten im In- und Ausland
  • Durchführung von Prozessoptimierungen und Erstellen von Prozessbeschreibungen im Controlling
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Erstellung der Jahresplanung und Prognoserechnungen
  • Identifikation von Kostenreduzierungsmöglichkeiten und im Folgenden Überwachung der Umsetzung der Maßnahmen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Analysen und Reports zur Steigerung der Wirtschaftlichkeit inkl. des Berichtswesens für Großprojekte
  • Ermittlung von Kennzahlen für das interne und externe Reporting
  • Investitions- und Ausgabencontrolling
  • Produktergebnisrechnung
  • Betreuung Modul SAP CO

Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über eine mind. 4-jährige Regelausbildung an einer Universität (z.B. Master, Magister, Universitätsdiplom)
  • Sie verfügen über mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling eines international aufgestellten Produktionsunternehmens
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen MS Office-Programme und SAP
  • Sie bringen eine mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit
  • Sie besitzen ein hohes analytisches Denkvermögen und zeichnen sich durch ein offenes und kommunikatives Auftreten, sowie Eigeninitiative aus
  • Ein hohes Engagement, Zielstrebigkeit, Eigenständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab

    Tasks

  • Management and further development of the c ontrolling department
  • Deputy of the commercial director
  • Contact person for the operating sites in germany  and abroad
  • Implementation of process optimizations and creation of process descriptions in controlling
  • Supporting  the management in the preparation of the annual planning and forecasts
  • Identification of cost reduction opportunities and subsequent monitoring of the implementation of measures
  • Independent preparation of analyses and reports to increase profitability, including   reporting for major projects
  • Determination of key figures for internal and external reporting
  • Investment and expenditure controlling
  • Product profitability analysis
  • Support for  SAP CO module

    • Qualification

  • At least 4 years of regular education at a university ( e . g . master , master , university diploma )
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the   controlling department of an international   production company
  • Good knowledge of the latest MS Office programs and SAP
  • Several years of management experience
  • High level of analytical thinking  and are characterized by an open and communicative manner and initiative
  • A high level of commitment , determination , independence and reliability
  • Very good English language skills
