We engage in a variety of tasks, from designing talent development programs to executing strategic initiatives that enhance our global workforce. Key responsibilities :

• Support the global head of strategic projects and talent management with daily business activities, including administrative tasks related to talent management initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience and develop project management skills by contributing to strategic projects.
• Prepare management presentations and conduct research to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments and international project teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Compile and prepare presentations, newsletters, and other materials related to talent management projects.
• Ensure alignment of project materials with key stakeholder groups.
