Aufgaben

• Biomass Handling and Pretreatment : Manage tasks such as packaging, labeling, drying, grinding, and sieving various biomasses, including urban or agricultural plant residues, biogas residues, and sewage sludges.
• Hydrothermal Humification Assistance : Support the synthesis of artificial humic substances using high-pressure reactors under the guidance of research staff.
• Analytical Determinations : Assist in analytical methods for determination of artificial humic substances, including ash determination, base-acid separation, and UV-Vis quantification. Tasks involve slurry separation by centrifugation, dry matter content determination, solution preparation, and absorbance measurement.
• Soil Application Support : Prepare soil for pot experiments, determine soil organic matter content via thermogravimetric methods, and assess soil water holding capacity.
• Laboratory Support : Prepare chemical solutions and reagents, sample materials, maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Data Collection and Analysis : Collect experimental data, record observations, and assist in data analysis using software such as Excel and Origin.
