Customer Service Supervisor (m / f / d) We are looking for a committed and flexible employee (m / f / d) to lead our customer service team in Germany as a Customer Service Supervisor (m / f / d). Your Role :

  • Management of the customer service / telesales team (functional and disciplinary)
  • Ensuring service and quality standards
  • Operational responsibility for the day-to-day business / pharmacy
  • Permanent analysis and control of KPI's
  • Analyses, profitability calculations for measures in the area of customer service / pharmacy
  • Monthly sales reporting
  • Continuous development of employees in customer service / telesales
  • Interdepartmental cooperation with the marketing department
  • Participation in congresses and trade fairs
  • Management and organization of telesales / marketing training
  • Preparation of monthly sales figures for pharmacy direct business

Your Profile :

  • Studies in business administration or comparable study / training
  • More than 5 years of customer service experience and experience in managing teams
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German
  • Confident use of MS-Office
  • Concentrated and accurate work
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Self-confident customer-friendly and suave appearance .
