As an  Operations Supervisor  at DP World High Tech in  Niederaula , you will be responsible for the efficient coordination of our high-tech goods and on-time dispatch. About the Role

How you will contribute

• Personnel management as well as personnel control in the operational area, including work distribution and briefing of the team
• Supervision of the goods handling area including control of incoming and outgoing goods
• Ensuring that shipments are loaded on time
• Responsibility for compliance, revision and optimization of workflows
• Contact person for employees and temporary workers incl. training and instructions
• Quality controls incl. processing and documentation of clarification cases
• Creation of key figures and reports
• Control of work safety and disciplinary regulations as well as their compliance
