Your tasks

  • Supporting and advising employees and managers on all personnel-related issues
  • Independent management of the entire recruiting process, including conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates
  • Drawing up employment contracts and onboarding new employees
  • Supervision and handling of time management
  • Analyzing, reviewing and preparing key figures for monthly reporting as well as supporting the monthly and annual financial statements in close cooperation with Finance & Controlling
  • Collaboration in day-to-day operations, e.g. maintenance of HR master data, preparation of employment references and warnings
  • Continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes
  • Active participation in the implementation of HR projects, such as the implementation of an HR system
  • Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of economics or a commercial apprenticeship with further training in personnel management
  • First professional experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Good knowledge of legal regulations
  • Experience in working with the works council
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office
  • User knowledge of DATEV-LODAS and time recording programs an advantage
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • High social competence and strong communication skills
  • Business fluent German and good English skills
