• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
• Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shiftWhat do you bring with you :
• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
