Location : Vilseck, Germany Position : Full-time Duties : Provide comprehensive victim advocacy to individuals affected by domestic abuse or problematic sexual behavior. Conduct crisis intervention, safety planning, and provide information on legal rights and available services. Assist victims in navigating military and civilian resources, including child protective services, shelters, and counseling. Coordinate community awareness programs and trainings focused on domestic abuse prevention. Collaborate with installation leadership to ensure awareness and responsiveness to victim needs. Maintain records, report data, and ensure confidentiality in accordance with Army regulations. Participate in emergency response efforts, providing immediate support and guidance to victims. Requirements : Minimum of two years of experience providing victim advocacy services in a social services or military setting. Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or related field. Preferred : A Master’s Degree and five (5) years of supervisory experience in any social service program. Knowledge of domestic abuse dynamics, legal rights, and community resources. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate support to victims. Ability to work independently and respond to crisis situations with sound judgment. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of the assigned installation.
