Wir managen den Warenfluss von derBeschaffung der Rohstoffe bis zur Lieferung des Produkts an seinenBestimmungsort in ganz Amerika. Die Bereiche der Supply Chainumfassen : Import, Export, Muster, Zoll und Außenhandel,Transportmanagement, Experten und Stammdaten.Main Objective : Proposeand Optimize the Supply Chain process and ensure rollout ofglobally or regionally defined processes. Foster cross regionalcooperation in import, export, logistics and other activities inSupply Chain Operations, capturing and structuring all regionaloperational requirements to develop and implementstandard / harmonize solutions.Main Tasks : Support and lead continuousimprovement projects of established processes, promotingstandardization and digitalization in Supply Chain operations.Leadand accompany the implementation of global projects that involveforeign trade and logistics operations that take place in thecountries and / or regions.Participation in strategic meetings forthe development and implementation of new initiatives to improvesupply chain processes.Build effective working relationshipsbetween functions and businesses, engaging in regional supply chaincommunities.Encourage "outside the box" thinking to stimulateinnovation.Challenge the current processes to implement solutionsthat provide efficiencies in operations, achieving reduction ofadministrative tasks, minimization of execution times, reduction ofoperating costs and improve the service level of theoperations.Provide monthly KPI reports as well as other dataanalysis and reporting.Execute data extractions using BASF systemsand databases (daily, weekly, monthly...) Validating the accuracyof the data and attaching the necessary information to allow thegeneration of reports for decision-making.Work closely withoperational teams to identify improvementopportunities.Requirements for the Position : Education : Universitydegree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply ChainManagement or International Relations.Working Experience : 5 yearsof experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution NetworkOperations, Continuous Improvement, Project Management.Languageskills : Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese isvalued.Technical skills : Knowledge of Supply Chain processes.Advanced level use MS, Excel and Power BI. Knowledge in SAP.Softskills : Lateral leadership skills, excellent communication skills,strong organizational skills, networking, negotiation skills,stakeholder management, and detail orientation.
