Solventum Purification & FiltrationBusiness

We arepleased to announce that Solventum has entered into a definitiveagreement to sell our Purification & Filtration business toThermo Fisher Scientific. This transaction is anticipated to becompleted by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction ofcustomary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, andcountry specific information and consultation needs where required.This is a significant milestone for the P&F; business and willallow for the strategic investment and resources needed forsustaining growth and delivering customer solutions. The Impact You’ll Make in thisRole

As a Plant Finance Manager(Finance Manager Produktionsstandort), you will have theopportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some ofthe most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, youwill make an impact by :

• Providingstrategic and operational financial leadership to the Seefeld Plantteam and direct support to the Plant Director
• Being a strong business partner supporting the plantfinancial scorecard, continuous improvement initiatives,inventory / production analysis, and other short- to long term plantfinancial decisions
• Leading weekly, monthly,quarterly, and annual processes to support plant rhythms, month endclose and costing activities, QORs / MREs, OP and StratPlans
• Collaborating with the business segmentsand Global Supply Chain organizations to support investmentfinancial return analysis at the site
• Analyzeplant spend and work with the teams to identify, communicate andexecute productivity improvement opportunities
• Regularly measuring and assessing plant performance(weekly / monthly / quarterly) to predict results and drive correctiveactions to meet targets
• Developingunderstanding of impacts to the plant financials driven by salesvolume, mix, demand planning and supply planning dynamics to driveproductivity at the site
• Monitoring externaleconomic factors to support the plant management decisionprocess
• Developing and driving end-to-endprocesses, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting to supportthe site
• Ensuring compliance to GlobalFinancial Standards and Statutory requirements
