IT System Administrator (m / f / d)

We are looking for an IT System Administrator (m / f / d) to maintain and develop our IT systems. An agile, recognized good employer with the best working conditions in a beautiful new building in Glinde near Hamburg is looking forward to meeting you.

These tasks await you

  • First and second level support for employees (helpdesk, telephone, remote maintenance)
  • Work with ticket system (OTRS)
  • Procurement of hardware and software as well as the technical setup / adjustment of workstations, telephones, printers, etc.
  • Installation / testing of software (operating system, applications and system components)
  • Management of Microsoft Active Directory and its components
  • Administration and maintenance of server environments (on-premise and cloud)
  • Maintenance, installation and administration of virtual servers and client desktops
  • Administration of cloud services (Azure, Office 365, laaS, CNT)
  • Standardization and documentation of administrative tasks
  • Monitoring and documentation of the network and system infrastructure
  • Support and implementation of IT projects, particularly with a focus on security
  • Support for national and international IT locations and their applications
  • Management of external service providers / IT service management
