Your area of ​​responsibility :

  • You are responsible for the local and international accounts payable accounting
  • You check our suppliers’ invoices for accuracy and assign them to accounts
  • You are responsible to check and post our company credit cards and travel expenses
  • You monitor the open items on our creditor accounts and are responsible for the clarification of differences
  • You monitor the timely payment of the supplier invoices

Your qualifications :

  • You have successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained professional experience in accounting, preferably in the accounts payable area
  • You are very comfortable with relevant accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel and ideally have already gained experience with SAP
  • You are characterized by a precise way of working and the ability to work in a team
  • Fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile
