Position Overview :
Partners with other HR team members to provide coordinating support of all regular HR activities including : Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, HRIS, Employee Experience and Compliance. Coordinates departmental activities such as filing, reporting, processing employee changes, HR calendar, and general HR compliance requirements. Serves as first point of contact for employees to assist with general HR-related questions and employee-related issues.
Responsibilities :
- Instrumental in the coordination and implementation of data, files, and processing within the employee lifecycle to include : On-Boarding, Termination, Status changes
- Serves as the primary point of contact for New Employee Orientation (NEO), coordinating with managers, employees, and benefits to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Partner with the Employee Experience team to coordinate participation in learning opportunities
- Encourages participation in HR sponsored activities (engagement surveys, learning events, wellbeing events)
- Works with HR department leaders to provide data; complete or respond to internal and external audit requests in a detailed and urgent manner
- Creates and maintains various HR-related files (personnel); both digital and hard copy as required by law or company practice
- Utilize HRIS reporting tools to create routine and ad hoc reports; uses software office products to create reports in spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and organizational charts
- Responsible for the processing of departmental purchase orders / invoice processing and ensuring that all contracts, bills, etc. are recorded and submitted to process and on-time
- Proficiency in the German and English language required
- Must be willing to commute to office location in Hechingen 3 days per week.
