About the role :
We are looking for highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our Global Revenue group in Germany.
The ideal candidate is a quota-carrying sales leader, experienced in managing a successful, senior sales team to achieve company growth goals, and accustomed to a ‘high-velocity’ sales model, partnering with Sales Development Reps, Inside Sales Reps and partners to grow the region.
Candidates should have executive-level contacts and be flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations. You must be results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships to attack the market with passion!
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region; independently and cooperatively.
- Scope, negotiate and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
- Provide ongoing training and development of the sales team.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management and upward reporting to regional AVP Sales.
- Hands-on & customer-facing role. Leading demos and complex pilots.
- Define new business campaigns horizontally and vertically to generate new opportunities with a demonstrable Return on Investment.
- Build upsell / cross-sell strategies and reference programs to develop and grow relationships within our current customer base.
