Our Merchant Services team lies at the heart of Wolt ensuring that we set all of our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding menu and catalog experience. As Wolt continues to grow in both scale and scope of offerings the strength of our content management and catalog operations must expand with it.

We are looking for a Team Lead Menu Editing for Content & Catalog who will oversee the daytoday operations of a small but dynamic team of menu and catalog specialists. Youll ensure that product information on Wolts platform adheres to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. As a leader youll work crossfunctionally to improve processes drive compliance and ensure our menus and catalogs are engaging and up to date.

Support compliance topics for product information on Wolts platform ensuring high standards across our offerings.

Manage the content and quality of Wolt Germanys product catalog for both Retail and Restaurants.

Review and approve changes made to retail assortments and restaurant menus to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Compliance & Onboarding.

Qualifications :

First leadership experience with the ability to guide motivate and manage a small team.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to oversee and ensure compliance with product information and data accuracy.

A positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Problemsolving skillsyou enjoy diagnosing issues and developing creative approaches to solve challenges.

A customerfirst mentalityable to work effectively with people of varying technical abilities.

Comfortable working in fastpaced and demanding environments.

Adept at prioritizing competing demands and maintaining focus on team goals.

Understanding of LMIV (LebensmittelInformationsverordnung) : Ideally Strong knowledge of food labeling laws and regulations in Germany particularly for grocery items.

Fluent in German (spoken and written) and Englishany other language is a plus.

Experience in gastronomy the food industry or retail is a plus.

Experience with content creation editing or catalog management is a plus.

Experience with Google Suite and other software tools like Monday.com is a plus
