Local IT Services Lead

Your Responsibilities :

As the Local IT Services Team Lead, you will :

• Lead and Manage IT Services : Take full responsibility for the delivery of local and regional IT services, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to service agreements.
• Project Coordination : Coordinate GIS projects and manage IT demands, changes, incidents, and requests to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Service Optimization : Manage and optimize service delivery for IT applications, including change management, releases, and problem management.
• End-User Support : Act as the first and second-level contact for IT support issues, providing timely solutions and updates.
• Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders and GIS colleagues to ensure services meet business needs, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Team Leadership : Lead a dedicated team, plan work according to priorities, and facilitate team meetings to keep operations smooth and efficient.
• Vendor Relations : Maintain relationships with vendors and strategic partners to ensure aligned service delivery.
• Compliance & Security : Ensure all services comply with IT security guidelines and IT audit processes.
