Transform yourself and take responsibilities for
Leading the team of 10+ technical support specialist, organize the tasks and assist the in escalations and incorporate the best practices in processes
Contributing to team development strategy, including talent development and retention of key talents
Analyze behavior of technical systems and steer internal effort to resolve issues that are occurring for customers
Managing internal reports based on tickets if requested
Taking part in recruiting activities and conducting job interviews
Assisting Head of Department in managing and evaluating employee performance
Taking actively part in creating and leading process improvements and organizing trainings for Technical Support
Building a good standing of the team and building a positive relationship with stakeholders such as Customer Care, Professional Services and other departments across the organization
You are ready for your Transformation if you have
Previous experience in leading the technical team, ideally 2nd line technical support
Advanced knowledge of the web-based applications configuration (HTTP / SOAP / REST / FTP)
Advanced technical skills ( SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV, MS Office)
Advance knowledge of main Transporeon Modules and functionalities as an asset
Fluent English level and willingness to ok in multicultural English speaking environment
Ability to motivate and drive the team
Ability to work with the tight deadlines and changing priorities
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, creating a positive and collaborative team environment
Capability of balancing multiple tasks, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining focus on critical objectives
