The Head of Strategy and Transformation will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of a newly independent, mid-sized materials industry company with 1,200 employees across 20 countries. This role combines strategic planning and transformation leadership with a focus on post-merger integration, including implementation of a new brand, build-up of a standalone functional organization and cross-selling projects. Furthermore, the role includes direct responsibility for a team in charge of commercial excellence and e-commerce. The role functions as a Chief of Staff to the President, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational effectiveness.

Your Role

• Drive the global implementation of the new corporate brand and ensure consistent messaging.
• Develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
