We are looking for an accomplished Manufacturing Operations Manager for our client in the manufacturing sector, who will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. Located in a dynamic industrial area, this position requires a hands-on leader who can optimize processes, manage production schedules, and ensure quality control across all manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and mentor the manufacturing team, encouraging high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and communication.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting, and capital investments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems and production management software.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Base salary : Approximately €90,000
  • Performance-based incentive : Up to 10%
