Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Technical Website Specialist (m / f / d) to join our global marketing team. You will be responsible for developing building testing and launching website pages in HubSpot and other platforms. Your role includes ensuring scalable infrastructure transforming Figma designs into webpages creating responsive layouts resolving technical issues and maintaining content components. You will enhance site navigation conduct website audits insert analytics tracking tools and provide technical support with tools like Azure and GitHub. Collaboration across departments is key for continuous improvement and best practices.

To your job Responsibilities :

• Take full ownership of developing building testing and launching website pages and templates for the public marketing websites primarily within HubSpot and other platforms such as Impartner.
• Architect implement and maintain scalable and stable website infrastructure ensuring that HubSpot operates reliably securely and efficiently to support future growth and increased demand.
• Create webpages optimized to the latest standards from the designs and wireframes from Figma and responsive content layouts based on stakeholder requirements aligning with established business and brand guidelines.
• Develop update and manage website content landing pages and related resources to actively support global online marketing campaigns.
• Implement and resolve technical issues on the websites to provide an optimized version (CSS JavaScript as well as SEO latests standards (page load speed mobile responsiveness accessibility and overall user experience).
• Provide documentation of the processes and maintain a library of modular content components and templates ensuring consistency and best-practice coding standards across the site.
• Collaborate effectively across departments recommending and implementing enhancements to site navigation structure and visitor flow to drive results and improve retention.
• Conduct regular website audits and insert analytics tracking tools in the website (e.g. Google Analytics Matomo) for performance monitoring troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.
• Provide technical support quality assurance and day-to-day troubleshooting for websites and web-based marketing initiatives.
• Implement a code review system with knowledge on Azure Gitbhub etc.
