Key Responsibilities : Program Management : Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Platform Adoption : Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter. Team Management : Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technical experts, business analysts, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Required Skills and Experience : Proven experience in program management, preferably in a BPM or low-code platform environment.
