Die Aufgabe :

  • Management, expansion and development of foreign markets and sales partners within a specific geographical territory
  • Development and expansion of new markets and target groups
  • Complete analyses of the markets and competition monitoring to identify future trends
  • Complete quarterly, yearly and budget talks as well as independently planning and controlling of the national budget
  • Implementation of the sales strategy as well as the strategies for the countries
  • Responsible for the management and further development of the national sales managers in the assigned countries, with focus on the management guidelines of the Wacker Neuson Group

Ihr Profil :

  • Degree in engineering, business engineering or economics or comparable training
  • Professional experience in the field of sales of capital goods
  • Excellent knowledge in the fields of market penetration and market development
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies
  • Experience in management preferred
  • You are someone with good communication skills who motivates your team members and values them whilst acting as a professional coach and mentor
