About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager (f / m / d) to drive strategic programs align crossfunctional teams and ensure the successful of complex technical Initiatives within the Product Development (ProdDev) organization.

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) you will be a subject matter expert in your respective Program which represents a strategic theme within the organization. You will drive technical initiatives within this theme working closely with engineering product and crossfunctional teams to ensure strategic alignment effective and clear and consistent communication.

In this role you will be responsible for defining program scope managing dependencies identifying risks and driving stakeholder alignment across multiple teams. As the principal driver of program success you will provide stability and continuity ensuring sustained focus on program goals over time. You will proactively anticipate information and collaboration needs including considerations for security legal pricing and customer success (CSMs) enabling seamless and informed decisionmaking. Through your proactive communication and crossfunctional coordination you will keep all stakeholders mving in the same direction toward a shared vision of success.

What to expect

• Lead endtoend program of complex technical initiatives ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining alignment with program goals.
• Collaborate with engineering product and cross functional teams to define program requirements and turn strategic objectives into detailed measurable and wellstructured program plans.
• Identify and mitigate dependencies and risks resolve roadblocks and proactively address technical and operational challenges.
• Drive alignment and communication across crossfunctional teams ensuring clarity on program objectives deliverables and expected timelines.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and success metrics for program performance.
• Manage external vendors and stakeholders as needed.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
