Clerk (m / f / d) shipping & export processing

Your tasks :

  • Organization of the dispatch of goods :

    • You manage the entire shipping process, including freight ordering and coordination with service providers.

  • You create, process and check shipping documents for domestic and international shipments
  • Documentation and maintenance :

    • You maintain the empties accounts and record and document incoming goods deliveries.

  • You ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations for all shipping activities
  • Optimization and interdisciplinary collaboration :

    • You analyse existing shipping processes, identify optimization potential and implement measures to increase efficiency.

  • You will work closely with the production, warehouse and sales departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and coordinated processes.
  • Correspondence and export processing :

    • You communicate regularly with customers and importers to make the shipping process transparent.

  • You have experience in export customs clearance and ensure a compliant process.

    • What you need to bring :

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a forwarding agent, industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in shipping, export or customs clearance
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken English skills
