STELLENBESCHREIBUNG:

Als Full-Stack Developer bist Du der Mensch, der das baut, was das Geschäft wirklich braucht: neue Produkt-Features, Integrationen und interne Systeme. Du arbeitest sowohl am Backend mit C#/.NET als auch am Frontend mit Angular und entwickelst unsere Kernplattform kontinuierlich weiter. Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt, Vertrieb und unseren Kunden zusammen, verstehst FILAKS.PLUS und die zugrunde liegende Architektur und baust zuverlässige Lösungen, die das Geschäft nach vorne bringen.

HAUPTAUFGABEN:

• Design und Entwicklung von Features und Integrationen für unsere Kernplattform mit C#/.NET im Backend und Angular im Frontend.
• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von FILAKS.PLUS – von der technischen Konzeption bis zum produktiven Einsatz bei unseren Autohaus-Kunden.
• Mitarbeit an AI-gestützten Features, Agents und Integrationen als ergänzender Bestandteil unserer Produktentwicklung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt- und Vertriebs-Teams, um Business-Probleme in saubere technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
• End-to-End-Verantwortung: Scoping, Bauen, Ausliefern, Messen, Iterieren.
• Aktive Nutzung moderner Entwicklungs- und AI-Coding-Workflows (Claude Code, Cursor o. Ä.), um mit kleinem Team schnell und qualitativ zu shippen.
• Schnelle Einarbeitung in FILAKS.PLUS und unsere bestehende Architektur mit dem Ziel, frühzeitig produktionsreife C#/.NET- und Angular-Features auszuliefern.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be the person who builds what the business actually needs: new product features, integrations and internal systems. You will work across the backend using C#/.NET and the frontend using Angular, continuously developing and improving our core platform.

You will work closely with product, sales and our customers, understand FILAKS.PLUS and its underlying architecture, and build reliable solutions that move the business forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop features and integrations for our core platform using C#/.NET on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
• Develop and continuously improve FILAKS.PLUS, from technical concept through to production use with our dealership customers.
• Contribute to AI-powered features, agents and integrations as a secondary part of our product development.
• Work directly with product and sales teams to translate business problems into clean technical solutions.
• Own the full delivery cycle: scoping, building, shipping, measuring and iterating.
• Use modern development and AI coding workflows (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) to ship quickly and effectively as a small team.
• Quickly ramp up on FILAKS.PLUS and our existing architecture, with the goal of delivering production-ready C#/.NET and Angular features early on.

Requirements

• Starke Software-Engineering-Grundlagen. Du schreibst sauberen, produktionsreifen Code und verfügst über fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit C#/.NET im Backend und Angular im Frontend.
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Auslieferung produktionsreifer Full-Stack-Anwendungen mit C#/.NET und Angular.
• Erfahrung mit LLMs, Agents oder AI-Tooling in Produktionsumgebungen ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
• Starke Problem-Framing-Skills. Du verstehst den Business-Need, bevor Du die Tastatur berührst.
• Starker Kommunikator. Du kannst technische Entscheidungen für nicht-technische Stakeholder übersetzen und deren Vertrauen gewinnen.
• Self-Starter, der schnell ist und Codebases besser hinterlässt, als er sie vorgefunden hat.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse(mindestens C1 in beiden Sprachen),um mit Kunden in DACH und Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der internationalen Valsoft-Gruppe zu arbeiten.

• Strong software development fundamentals. You write clean, production-quality code and have strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
• Experience developing and shipping production-grade full-stack applications using C#/.NET and Angular.
• Experience with LLMs, agents or AI tooling in production is a nice-to-have, but not a requirement.
• Strong problem-framing skills. You understand the business need before you touch the keyboard.
• Strong communicator. You can translate technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders and earn their trust.
• Self-starter who moves fast and leaves codebases better than you found them.
• Fluent in German and English(C1 or better in both), to work with customers in DACH and colleagues across the global Valsoft group.
