Your tasks :

The position is aimed at the immediate processing of supplier topics relevant to quality and complaints. A permanent improvement of the existing product and process quality is the main focus of the position.

  • Analysis of customer complaints related to supplier products
  • Supplier development, process and product audits
  • Creation of NCR`s in CAQ system and forwarding to the responsible supplier and creating of QSV agreements
  • Regular evaluation of the supplier failure statistics and KPIs
  • Random sample checking of suppliers ISO9001 conformity and external process and product audits
  • Planning and ensuring initial sampling of vendor parts
  • Annual Supplier evaluation

Your skills :

With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.

  • Bachelor or master’s degree or commercial or technical education
  • As well as an education and training in the area of supplier quality management, e.g. quality representative, internal auditor, quality manager, process management, supplier management
  • Relevant professional experience in supplier quality management and quality Methods (e.g. Continuous improvement, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
  • A technical product knowledge and technical understanding
  • Experience in supplier management and development as well as legal requirements for supplier quality handling
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, e.g. Excel incl. Pivot)
  • A keen eye for process KPIs
  • Drivers licence mandatory
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
