Stellenbeschreibung

After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks

  • Process, arrange and track all sales orders with customers.
  • Coordinate and track all purchase orders with our headquarters in Germany.
  • Handle maintenance of supplier information and vendor-code related documents.
  • Manage import / export activities within the order processing workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records by inputting all data generated in the order processing workflow into the ERP system or other relevant files.
  • Take stock and ensure that loan equipment agreements are in order.
  • Monitor loan equipment due dates and provide relevant information to Sales Managers and Application Engineers.
  • Ensure seamless transfer price documentation to facilitate transparent and efficient transactions.
  • Process payments for both Account Receivable and Account Payable.
  • Ensure timely payment remittance to maintain healthy financial relationships.
  • Oversee the dunning process to manage outstanding balances effectively.
  • Maintain and update the inventory list, overseeing write-offs when necessary.
  • Provide essential support for audit processes by submitting required documentation promptly.

Your skills

  • At least 5 years of working experience as an accountant or office assistant with a focus on accounting tasks.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent self-organization skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Intercultural competence with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships.
