In der Rolle als Account Executive / Office Administrator (m / w / d) wirst du in unserem deutschen Büro tätig sein und eng mit unserem Sales Director International Markets zusammenarbeiten. Diese hybride Rolle umfasst die Unterstützung des Sales Directors bei der Kundenbetreuung, inklusive der Bereitstellung von Vertriebsmaterialien und der Kommunikation mit Kunden.

Darüber hinaus agierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren Teams im Vereinigten Königreich, darunter Operations, Versand und Sales Support. Zudem umfasst die Position die Verwaltung des Büros sowie die Unterstützung bei allen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Einrichtung des deutschen Büros und den allgemeinen Geschäftsabläufen.

The Account Exec / Office Administrator will be based in our German office, working closely with our Sales Director for International Markets. This hybrid role involves supporting the Sales Director with account management duties including provision of sales materials and liaison with the customers. You will also act as the key liaison with our UK teams such as Operations, Shipping and Sales Support. Additionally, the role will include managing the office and overseeing activities related to setting up the German office and overall business operations.

Aufgaben

Exzellente administrative und vertriebliche Unterstützung für eine Vielzahl von Kunden.

Unterstützung bei vorbereitenden Vertriebsaufgaben, wie zu, Beispiel : Erstellung von Präsentationsvorlagen. Versand von Produktmustern an Kunden in Europa in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Support Team in UK. Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Produkten, Marketing und Versand

Erstellung von Präsentationen für Kundentermine, die unsere Produkte von ihrer besten Seite zeigen.

Verwaltung der Musterbibliothek im Büro.

Unterstützung des Sales Directors bei angemessener Kommunikation mit Kunden und als Ansprechpartner in seiner Abwesenheit.

Primäre Anlaufstelle in Deutschland hinsichtlich Lieferungen ins EU-Lager und den aktuellen Lagerbestand.

Entwicklung eines fundierten Verständnisses des EU-Marktes zur Unterstützung des Sales Directors.

Unterstützung des Finanzteams in der UK-Zentrale bei der Rechnungsstellung für deutsche Kunden.

Koordination mit allen Abteilungen in der UK-Zentrale, um das Büro in Deutschland effektiv zu verwalten – einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Finanzen, HR, Sales Support und Marketing.

To provide excellent administrative and sales support to a range of accounts.

Support with any pre-sale administration required, such as, but not limited to- Presentation grids, sending samples to customers in Europe through liaison with the sales support team in the UK and fulfilling image and marketing requests

Create presentations for Customer meetings that represent our products amazingly well!

Management of the sample library in the office

Support the Sales Director by effectively communicating with customers and serving as a primary point of contact in his absence.

Serve as the primary liaison for Germany to stay informed about deliveries to the EU warehouse and maintain awareness of current stock levels

Develop a good understanding of the market in the EU in order to support the Sales Director

Support finance team in UK HQ with invoicing to GER customers

Co-ordinate will all departments in the UK HQ in order to effectively manage the office in Germany including but not limited to finance, HR, sales support and marketing

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Berufserfahrung in einer Vertriebsunterstützungs- und / oder Büroleitungsposition.

Hervorragende Kundenservice-Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Anliegen professionell und lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten.

Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und der Wille, jeden Tag in Englisch in Wort und Schrift zu kommunizieren, sind erforderlich, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.

Gute Computerkenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel & PowerPoint sowie fundiertes Wissen über MS Office.

Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics wäre vorteilhaft, Schulungen werden angeboten.

Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig anzugehen und das eigene Zeitmanagement in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu organisieren.

Selbstbewusstes Auftreten sowie gute schriftliche & mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Lernbereitschaft, Flexibilität und eine proaktive Einstellung.

Ein echter Teamplayer (m / w / d).

Completion of a commercial apprenticeship

Previous experience in a sales support role and / or office management position

Strong customer service ability providing support and resolving issues in a clear and professional manner

Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and verbal, is required with additional languages an advantage

Computer literate with good Excel & Powerpoint skills and a good knowledge of MS Office

Previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial but training will be given

Ability to multi-task and manage your own time in a fast-changing environment

Confidence and good written & verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn and flexibility
