Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

This function is in the Banking Operations department, in the  Assets Servicing unit.

Your role

The scope of the function is to oversee all the workflow from the trade reception, data analysis and life cycle data management to instruments pricing. The scope of asset includes listed products (ETF, funds), Hedges Funds and Private asset.

• Monitor data flows in our pricing tool of securities prices, specifically for ETFs, funds, hedge funds, private equity, and other assets.
• Validate the selected prices received using suspect control files, considering factors such as no-load prices, variations, old prices, NAV impact, and feed quality.
• Perform life cycle management of all assets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain necessary files to complement the data feeds and support data integrity.
• Insert necessary settings for securities newly registered in the system to request and retrieve prices from various financial information providers such as Bloomberg, Telekurs, and fund administrators-TA.
• Check and update the settings for securities as required.
• Help and support to various end-users of these prices, including accountants for investment funds, valuers, administrators, asset managers, wealth managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
