We are seeking a Senior Payroll Supervisor to lead and manage all aspects of our payroll operations. This key role is vital in ensuring the payroll department runs smoothly and adheres to all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will oversee payroll processes, provide team support, and drive improvements to enhance overall payroll efficiency.
Location : Osnabrück, Germany (On-site)
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, addressing complex operational and policy matters while collaborating with the Payroll Manager to implement effective solutions.
- Spearhead process optimization initiatives, establishing benchmarks and best practices for new workflows.
- Independently manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution.
- Oversee personnel-related administrative tasks such as contract updates, onboarding, and terminations.
- Provide guidance to employees and departments on tax and social security matters.
- Manage communications and requests from government authorities.
- Prepare in-depth reports and conduct analyses as needed.
