Your contribution :

• As leader of the Digital Workplace and Service & Support department you ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a customercentric culture.
• You develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital workplace environment driving productivity and collaboration across the organization.
• You manage the Service & Support team to provide efficient effective and responsive technical support to endusers.
• You collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement while staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• You measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) manage budgets and resources effectively and maintain documentation for tools and services.
