The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.

To continue to respect our commitments and develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : a Wildlife Controller.
The objective of this recruitment is is to complement the existing team.
To this end, the Wildlife Controller will be responsible for implementing preventive actions aimed at guaranteeing the risks associated with the airport's wildlife.
Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks :
- Performing Wildlife observations
- Implementing basic and advanced actions to continually reduce the risks inherent in Wildlife, including the use of pyrotechnic equipment.
- Handling injured animals and animal remains
- Proactively carrying out the instructions given by the Wildlife & Winter Control Manager : supervision of green space maintenance, setting of traps and cages, use of gas cannons, etc.
- Supporting the team of Airside Inspectors in all Wildlife-related matters.
- Keeping an active watch on developments in the "high-risk" zone within a 13 km radius of the airport site.
