Life Sciences is one of the key strategic initiatives of Eraneos Group. As part of the expansion and strengthening of its industry expertise, Eraneos is looking for strong personalities as a Partner for the Life Sciences (Pharma, Medtech) sectors.

Currently, Eraneos Group achieves a turnover of about CHF 10 million and strong growth in the Life Sciences sector, with a dedicated team of 50 Life Sciences specialists and further generalists to be staffed on Life Sciences projects.

Background and experience in Life Sciences, an active network (multiple companies, at board level), and a reputation in the industry are crucial for this position, ideally combined with experience from growing a consulting business in Life Sciences.

As Lead Life Sciences Germany you are responsible for :

• Expansion of the market footprint and the team in Germany, as part of the group-wide practice
• Drive Life Sciences Business in Germany quickly to 5-7 sustainable client accounts, reaching 5m in sustainable sales over the next 2 years and creating the basis for a further growth trajectory with >

20% annual increase in sales

• Deepening and further development of client relationships in the Life Sciences sector, in cooperation with the existing Life Sciences team as well as the broader Eraneos partner team
• Acquisition and management / supervision of consulting mandates on all consulting topics of Eraneos

Who you are

You are an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, you are curious and enjoy working as a team player?

In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities :

• At least 8 years’ experience in management and technology consulting with relevant project and client portfolio
• Several years of industry experience in Life Sciences and a strong reputation in the industry, focusing on core business aspects (e.

g. R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality Management)

• An active network with multiple top tier companies at board level
• Experience from growing a consulting business in Life Sciences
• Track record in the acquisition and delivery of transformational consulting projects at scale and responsibility for sustainable client relationship
• You are or have been on Partner Level in a consulting firm (or comparable)
• University degree (engineering, computer science, science, economics, law), additional qualification (doctorate, executive MBA) would be an advantage.
• Business proficiency in English
