Our Real Estate team is a global investor and manager of real estate assets. The team consists of approximately 230 high performing and motivated employees across circa 20 cities globally.

What role will you play?

As the Head of Asset Management for Real Estate in Germany and Italy, you will represent the Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate Core / Core Plus portfolio in Europe, managing real estate asset management.

You will have overall operational responsibility for diverse assets in the European real estate portfolio.

• Expertise in real estate asset management sector and demonstrable track record of originating and leading large and complex leasing transactions.
• Understanding German and international valuation systematics
• Experience in managing people and workstreams will be vital in this role.
• A team player, ambitious, analytical, with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You will be Fluent in German and English. Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage.
