This rapidly growing, Hamburg-based (2-3 days / week in office) B2B SaaS company is on a mission to become the #1 software solution for the European craft & construction industry.
They've just secured Series A funding and are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to spearhead their marketing strategy and propel them to market leadership.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with ambitious company goals.
- Manage a multi-million Euro marketing budget and maximize ROI.
- Scale lead generation and performance channels to fuel sales growth.
- Build and solidify the brand as a trusted leader within the craft & construction industry.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a talented marketing team to achieve outstanding results.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives seamlessly integrate with overall company strategy.
You're the Ideal Candidate if You Have :
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with significant leadership experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A proven track record of managing large teams and substantial budgets.
- Expertise in B2B marketing, with the ability to leverage B2C strategies for a broad B2B audience.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A strong background in SaaS and brand marketing.
- Fluency in German and English.
