The Merchandise Planning Retail (Full-Price) department plays a pivotal role in the success of the HUGO BOSS Retail business. It is responsible for translating the corporate strategy into actionable merchandise plans and achieving defined targets. The department ensures the Retail channels are inspiring consumers by creating clear brand messages whilst meeting their needs by delivering the right product at the right place at the right time.

Core responsibilities include planning forecasting analyzing and actively steering the business with an end-to-end focus across the full collection lifecycle to ensure profitable growth and inventory efficiency.

We are looking for a passionate Merchandise Planner Retail (Full-Price) (m/f/d) to drive business performance and growth in close collaboration with Buying/ Merchandising/Trading teams and the Markets. This position is limited to a fixed term of 1.5 years.

What you can expect:

• Responsibility for net sales total price reductions margin & total stock for dedicated Channel/Hub/brand modules (with medium to high complexity)
• Design & implement planning strategy in own area of responsibility
• End-to-end responsibility for ensuring all operational planning: IVA risk buy pre-order buying budget planning (fashion & NOS) in-season budget planning stock forecasts logistics inbound planning
• Bottom-up planning responsibility for dedicated Channel/Hub/Brand Modules (with medium to high complexity) scenario planning capability to put customers in the center
• Responsibility for cross-functional process optimization/tasks
• Active steering for own area of responsibility in trade/business exchange meetings with key stakeholders & interfaces defining and triggering key actions for business improvement
• Alignment of budgets other targets and overall strategy with buying & senior management within Global Merchandise Management

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration Fashion/Textile Management or comparable
• 3 years relevant working experience in planning or similar
• Advanced analytical skills understanding of Retail performance figures and Retail/Merchandising processes and strategies
• Proficient level user with MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills fluent in English
